This holding deposit is refundable after 15 days if your landlord decides not to rent the property to you. Should you provide false or misleading information, fail referencing, withdraw or you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into an agreement within these 15 days, RedDoor Homes Ltd will retain this holding deposit and you will lose the property. If you move into the property within the 15 days then this holding deposit will be deducted from your first months rent.

Refundable Security Deposit which is 5 weeks rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000 or 6 weeks rent where the total amount of rent is £50,000 or above. This deposit is held and protected by us or passed to your Landlord and protected in one of the government schemes.

Rent payable by standing order in advance at regular, specified intervals. All payments should be made 72 hours prior to your rent due date to allow for clearance.

Change of tenancy - a fee to change the tenancy is applicable where a tenant requests the change, this will be £50 per change or reasonable costs incurred if the work involved amounts to more than £50.
