Tenant Fees:
Refundable Holding Deposit to reserve a property of 1 weeks rent, this is calculated as Monthly Rent x 12/ 52. This holding deposit is refundable after 15 days if your landlord decides not to rent the property to you. Should you provide false or misleading information, fail referencing, withdraw or you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into an agreement within these 15 days, RedDoor Homes Ltd will retain this holding deposit and you will lose the property.
